1. Company Information
Ultimo Paradiso is a travel services company based in Indonesia, providing tour packages, land arrangements, and related travel services within Bali and Indonesia.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and acknowledged by Ultimo Paradiso.

• After placing an order, guests will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and booking details.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices include only the services clearly specified in the selected package description.

• Payment is made via bank/wire transfer to the designated account shown at checkout.

• Any bank charges, transfer fees, or intermediary fees are the responsibility of the guest.

• Proof of payment may be requested to expedite confirmation.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that personal details (name, contact number, email, travel dates) are accurate at the time of booking.

• Guests must ensure they meet any travel requirements, including visas, insurance, health requirements, and valid identification.

• Ultimo Paradiso is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or disruptions caused by incomplete documentation.

5. Changes to Itinerary or Services

• Minor adjustments to itineraries may be made due to weather, traffic, safety concerns, or operational reasons without prior notice.

• In such cases, services of equal value and quality will be provided where possible.

6. Force Majeure
Ultimo Paradiso shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

7. Liability Limitation

• Ultimo Paradiso acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers).

• We are not liable for loss, injury, accidents, delays, or additional expenses caused by third parties.

• Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
