Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest
Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation prior to the service date:

  • More than 30days before service date:
    Refund of up to 80% of the total amount paid.

  • 7–14 days before service date:
    Refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid.

  • Less than 7 days before service date:
    No refund will be issued.

  • No-show or unused services:
    No refund.

Note: Some services (hotels, special interest tours, third-party activities) may have stricter cancellation policies. In such cases, those policies will apply.

2. Cancellation by Ultimo Paradiso

  • If a service is canceled by Ultimo Paradiso due to operational reasons or force majeure, guests will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • An alternative service of equal value, subject to availability.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the original payer.

  • Bank charges and transfer fees are non-refundable and will be deducted where applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Administrative fees

  • Bank charges

  • Services already rendered

  • Special promotions or discounted packages marked as non-refundable
