Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Guest
Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation prior to the service date:
More than 30days before service date:
Refund of up to 80% of the total amount paid.7–14 days before service date:
Refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid.Less than 7 days before service date:
No refund will be issued.No-show or unused services:
No refund.
Note: Some services (hotels, special interest tours, third-party activities) may have stricter cancellation policies. In such cases, those policies will apply.
2. Cancellation by Ultimo Paradiso
If a service is canceled by Ultimo Paradiso due to operational reasons or force majeure, guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
An alternative service of equal value, subject to availability.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the original payer.
Bank charges and transfer fees are non-refundable and will be deducted where applicable.
